What a fantastic experience today at vilafortuny - staff are highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was kept informed as to how and what was going to be done (I went for a check up and cleaning). I was advised on what needed to be done as well as what teeth cleaning products I should be using. I used the clinic for an Aviation EASA pilot medical. The process was made seamless and super efficient all thanks to Nurse Irene who was amazing to say the least. From the get go, she was sharing information, coordinating various tests across different clinics, all made painless thanks to her. This has been my most positive customer service experience in Dubai in 11 years. I want to share the wonderful experience I had yesterday with the dentist. My mum was visiting me in Dubai and needed some emergency dental work. The Dentist took time to evaluate the case in detail and gave an honest opinion of what treatment was needed. I was impressed in the way that the dentist put healthcare at the forefront rather than financial gain. This is the right place for anyone seeking outstanding dental healthcare in Dubai.
